Nepal is a multi-cultural country. In this trip we try to take you most of the famous Pilgrimage
side of Nepal. This trip begins from Kathmandu, not only the capital city of Nepal also the
capital of cultural. We take you to the Dakshainkali, Manakamna, Lumbabni, and Pokhara.
Nepal has several ancient pilgrimage sites. Each temple is attached to a legend or belief that
glorifies the miraculous powers of its deity. Kathmandu Valley is home to the famous
Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhu Stupa and several other famous temples. Hundreds of
famous temples are located in and around the Kathmandu Valley. Some well-known pilgramage
sites are: Baraha Chhetra, Halesi Mahadev, Janakpur, Pathibhara, Tengboche in East Nepal;
Manokamana, Gorkha, Lumbini, Muktinath, Gosainkunda, Tansen, Kathmandu Valley in
Central Nepal; and Swargadwari, Khaptad Ashram in West Nepal. Pashupatinath,
Swoyambhunath, and Boudhanath are the sites that are also listed in the UNESCO Heritage
Sites.
Nepal is also the Gateway to Kailash Mansarovar, the mythical abode of Lord Shiva. Devotees
from various parts of Nepal and India throng the temples during special festivals. Even though
weak infrastructure renders some places hard to reach, efforts are being made on national level to
develop and promote some popular sites.
Pilgrimage sites of Nepal like Muktinath and Gosainkunda make popular trekking destinations.
Tours to these sites are encouraged for the novelty they provide in terms of nature and culture.
Up on arrival in the international airport in Nepal you will be picked up by our airport
representative and transfer to the hotel. After short brief about the tripe you will have time for
short break, after refreshment you will drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will be
able to and to know about living goddess Kumari. Tonight we will provide you welcome diner
on of the famous cultural restaurant in Kathmandu. Stay over nigh at the hotel.
Today after breakfast you will have three very famous pilgrimages in the Kathmandu valley.
Your guide will take you to the Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath and Swayambhunath
stupas. Stay over night at the hotel.
After an early morning breakfast you will have about 4 hrs drive to Kuringhat from where you
are going to take a cable car which takes about 10min to the top. This is very nice view point
place from where you will be able to see such a nice view of the Annapurna and Manaslu
Mountain rang. A visit to the Manakamana Bhagwati temple is believed to make your wishes
come true. This is also related with our Nepal histry. Stay overnight at the hotel in Manakamana.
This is such a nice view point from where you able to see sunrise view on the mountain. After
breakfast you will take cable car to Kuringhat, from here you have another 4 hrs drive to
Lakeside city of Pokhara. Pokhara is second biggest city after Kathmandu for tourism. On arrival
after refreshment at the hotel, you have guided sightseeing tours to Barahi Temple, Gupteshwor
mahadev cave and Bindhabasini temple. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Morning fly to Jomsom, walk / horse ride to Muktinath via Kagbeni along the
Kaligandaki Valley. Overnight loges/hotel.
After holy bath in Kunda,108 Dhara and puja. horse ride / walk back to Jomsom,
overnight
Morning flight to Pokhara, check- in hotel then Pokhara city sight-seeing.
Today after breakfast you will have winding and switchback countryside drive to the Buddha's
birth place Lumbini which located in the south part of Nepal, one of the major pilgrimage sites
for Buddhist. Buddhist pilgrims from all over the world come to Lumbini. Since 1997 Lumbini is
listed in the UNESCO world heritage side. Stay over night at the hotel
Today in the morning you will have one of the activities before breakfast then after breakfast you
will drive back to Kathmandu through the scenic countryside. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Note: You can fly to Kathmandu which takes 25min
Today after breakfast you will drive to the south part of Kathmandu where The Dakshinkali
Temple is located. Pharping is a nice newari town in the valley. This temple dedecated to the
godess Kali. She was one of the three wifes of Shiva. Kali is a demon slayer. You can see her
often with blood on her hands and the head of a demon in one of her left hands. Kali is
worshipped with animal sacrifices like goats. Back to Kathmandu lesuire afternoon in the hotel.
Stay over night at the hotel.
After wonder full time in all the most of the popular pilgrimage side of Nepal, today you will
transfer to the international airport for final departure or join other activities with us.
